Position: MIG WELDERS

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced welder. Needs to be proficient in welding and reading Blue Prints.
Welders do MIG welding on carbon steel before being placed, candidates must pass a basic welding test on carbon steel, appx 14 gauge. Setting the welder correctly is part of the test. It is a visual test, as this is not structural welding.
The welder uses basic blueprints to determine how the parts fit together, then tacks and welds the units together. There is no confined space welding.
We do not require welding certifications just an acceptable weld test. While we prefer welders with manufacturing experience, we have hired welders who just graduated from welding school and those who did not take classes, but learned from farming or other family businesses.
