Will be doing a lot of DOT inspections, trailer light repairs, Brakes, Air & Hydraulic & Electric and suspension repair: some welding: Mig and stick for wrecked trailer repair. The requirements to be considered for a tractor/trailer technician position you should be able to perform and have the following skill sets: " Perform emergency onsite repair for tractors and trailers " Perform routine vehicle maintenance " Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components " Perform quality inspections " Ability to lift 50lbs
