One of our clients around the Springfield area is looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic. These mechanics will primarily be responsible for performing services to heavy-duty and light truck, along with other tasks based on experience.
Job Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, tire alignments, brake and shock replacement, and other mechanical services Maintain and replace tires Maintain tools and equipment Troubleshoot customer needs and inspect vehicles for additional problems Perform general housekeeping in work area Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Truck mechanical experience required Valid drivers license and ability to pass pre-employment drivers file Ability to inspect vehicles for additional problems Ability to use basic hand tools, air wrench, and other essential tools. Ability to work independent with minimal supervision Physical Demands: Ability to carry, move or lift to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally Frequent standing, twisting bending, stooping, crouching, and crawling Frequent use of fingers and hands to grasp items, frequent reaching above the shoulders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you have the qualifications for this position and would like to come in to our office to fill out an application and interview, give us a call 417-881-2925.
